The 6 year warranty is fully transferable should you sell your home and guarantees that your shingles will maintain their flexibility (the primary reason shingles fail) for the first 6 years after treatment. If your shingles lose their flexibility during those 6 years, Pro-Max will reapply the solution to those affected areas at no cost to you. But we don’t believe that you’ll need to file a warranty claim, as the Fresh Roof product has been rigorously tested to perform as claimed.

A treatment will last 6 years and can be repeated to extend the life of your roof by up to 18 years. 

The Roof Tune-up typically takes 30-60 minutes depending on the repairs needed. The application of the product typically takes only 1-2 hours. So the total Roof Renew treatment should take no more than 2-4 hours. 

Roof Renew costs only $0.85 - $1.15 per square foot depending on roof size, complexity and roof pitch. 

It needs to be at least 36 degrees and the roof has to be dry to apply our solution. Fresh Roof is formulated to absorb very quickly into the shingle and will be absorbed within 2-3 hours of application. Once absorbed into the shingle, our solution will not wash away in rain. 

Shingles dry out over time and take on a faded appearance. A Roof Renew treatment will help rejuvenate the original color of the shingles. This will give them a darker appearance that will look more like a new shingle, but it won’t change the actual color of the shingle.
